Parents of Moses Lake School District Students can create and access an InTouch-TouchBase account to pay for fees, fines, school merch and so much more by following the steps below. In order to use the InTouch-TouchBase point of sale program, you must have a Family Access (Skyward) account. Please note: you will NOT be logging into Skyward.
